Inchi Thayir




Requisites:-




Oil-1 tblspn
Mustard seeds-1/4 tspn



Ginger chopped finely-2 tblespn
Green chillies chopped-2
Curry leaves-a sprig
Water to cook-1 cup
Curd/Yogurt-3/4 cup
Salt to taste


Directions:-


  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add the ginger, green chillies and curry leaves. Cook this with a cup of water till the ginger gets tender.
  • Now Switch off the stove and add the yogurt. Add salt too.
  • Done. DO NOT boil it since yogurt curdles up on heating.
  • Serve as a side dish for your Sadya rice.
